Raw Material Preparation for Energy Production
Increasing energy consumption and foreseeable scarcity of fossil raw materials lead to increasing energy prices and accelerate the search and development of alternative energy resources. Regenerative and especially renewable raw materials hereby play a decisive role. Energy production from biomass, especially from wood, respectively waste wood assortments meets today’s trends due to its high availability.
SRS liefert im Bereich der Rohstoffaufbereitung die erforderlichen Holzzerkleinerungsmaschinen und Anlagen für die stationäre Anwendung bei der Zerkleinerung zu Holzhackschnitzeln bis hin zu einblasfähigem Holzstaub für die Direktfeuerung in Heizkraftwerken. Für die Produktion von Holzspänen zur Herstellung von Pellets, bietet Pallmann Zerkleinerungsmaschinen und komplette Zerkleinerungsanlagen mit hoher Verfügbarkeit und konstanter Durchsatzleistung.
Hammer Mill PHPH, „Grizzly“
The Hammer Mill, series PHPH „Grizzly“ was designed for the economic size reduction of residual and waste wood of any kind. Pre-broken waste wood as well as pre-cut voluminous recycling wood can be fed into the mill.
Hammer Mill PHPS
The Hammer Mill, series PHPS converts pre-shredded waste- and scrap wood of any kind into valuable raw materials for thermal and material recovery. Even contaminated feed materials can be processed. Heavy foreign objects are separated and automatically discharged.
High Speed Hammer Mill PHMS
The High Speed Hammer Mill, series PHMS is used for the economic preparation of wood chips from round-, waste- or scrap wood for the production of particleboards, wood pellets and wood briquettes.
Drum Chipper PHT
Mit dem SRS Trommelhacker Baureihe PHT können Althölzer zu Holzhackschnitzeln zerkleinert werden. Der Trommelhacker zeichnet sich durch hohe Durchsatzleistung, robuste Bauweise und geringe Betriebskosten aus.
